Works

1. Deadline for submission of abstracts: 11/15/2024, on the congress website, in the area designated “WORKS”.

2. For the main author and the last author, it will be necessary to pre-register for the conference to submit abstracts. NOTE: The first name will be considered as the main author and the last name as the responsible advisor.

3. Maximum of 3 co-authors per abstract.

4. Abstracts must be methodologically and ethically appropriate, including the following items: Introduction, Objectives, Material and Methods, Results and Conclusions. Submission of scientific work to the Ethics Committee of your institution is a practice valued by the Organizing Committee.

5. Works must be prepared in Word format, Arial font, size 10, 1.5 cm justified spacing, with a maximum of 25 lines or 2200 characters, excluding the title.

6. All accepted papers will be presented as POSTERS. Posters will be presented electronically during the conference.

7. The title must be written in capital letters. The identification of the author(s) must include first and last name, followed by the name of the institution, telephone number and email address. NOTE: The first name will be considered as the main author and the last name as the responsible advisor.

8. The Organizing Committee will notify the main author by email about the result of the evaluation of his/her work, with general guidelines for presenting the Poster.

9. All works presented may later be displayed on the SONESP website.

10. The three best works will be awarded during the congress.

11. Date of publication of accepted works: 11/27/2024.

12. The author and advisor must register immediately after the acceptance of the work, until 11/29/2024 or it will be excluded.
